Intuit, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage with local communities, grow the client base, and deliver end-to-end experiences during both in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Willing to complete all required training including compliance and up-skilling
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future taxes
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and referrals
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and local market lead
