Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for the TurboTax Local Service Expert role, onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with a broader suite of Intuit services.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with community partnerships and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other services.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and supportive guidance.
