Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will perform full-service tax preparation, deliver personalized tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and ongoing collaboration with TurboTax marketing and service teams to build a trusted, year-round client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Bridge clients withIntuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
