Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert program at a TurboTax office location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services, helping clients optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.

You will build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while representing the Intuit ecosystem and offering related services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, events, partnerships, and community involvement.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
