Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide complete tax preparation, advice, and software support, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to address personal and business needs.

You will recruit and engage new clients, attend local events, and deliver a seamless customer experience across in‑person and virtual consultations, building lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upsell into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; additional requirements may be introduced.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence and creating tax‑related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Grow local client base through outreach, partnerships, and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll within the ecosystem.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
