Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs with confidence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local business owner and community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
