• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging the local community and leveraging marketing tools.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for comprehensive advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience from intake to final review.
