Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax return preparation and advice.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and collaborate with a team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Must reside in the United States and be available 20+ hours per week in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid returns filed (30+ 1040s) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
