Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will engage personally with clients, grow the local TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing support to build your community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan tax outcomes.
• Build local community presence and client base through outreach and marketing.
