Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. You will be a trusted guide for clients, addressing a full range of tax scenarios from simple to complex, and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base with community outreach and events
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver excellent customer service and year-round support
• Work with a team to ensure end-to-end Intuit experience
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools
