Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a on-site role across the United States.

You will provide comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice, serving as the local face of TurboTax while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions. The position emphasizes community engagement, building a local client base, and leveraging Intuit marketing and software tools to grow a thriving practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in training and development as required.
