Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of financial services.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a collaborative team, handle varying tax scenarios, and participate in local events to foster client loyalty

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with flexibility during peak seasons.
