Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, expand the local customer base, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem for holistic financial services. Role emphasizes community outreach, local market ownership, and delivering a superior customer experience, with on-site work and a uniform policy.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
