Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with a network of specialists to help customers achieve favorable financial outcomes year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience required.
• Experience with personal and business tax returns preferred.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in plain language to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Drive local business growth by building a new client base and fostering relationships.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit tax solutions.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually, delivering clear, actionable guidance.
• Represent Intuit as a trusted advisor in the local community.
