Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for individuals and small businesses, coordinating with specialists to offer a complete financial solution.

You will build relationships, grow a local client base through community outreach, and deliver best-in-class service using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or be a practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
