Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized guidance. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, understanding their financial picture and connecting them with Intuit solutions.

You’ll play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base and providing end-to-end service. The role emphasizes a trusted advisor approach, collaboration with specialists, and long-term client relationships, with hours

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Embod embody a “community ambassador” and actively build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial pictures and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
