Job summary

Intuit seeks driven TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting customers with a broader team for comprehensive financial services.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience leveraging marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists for holistic tax advisory and year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
