Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships with customers in a retail setting.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing participation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Must reside in the United States and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and maintain licenses as needed.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns preparation experience with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state tax filing requirements.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage community through local marketing and online content.
