Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll perform tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and provide software support to customers in person with clear, friendly guidance. Additionally, you’ll help grow the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with marketing to raise TurboTax visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site, 20+ hours per week, with flexibility for peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow local client base and participate in community outreach and marketing efforts.
