Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will advise customers and provide in-person tax return assistance, using TurboTax products to deliver accurate results and strong service. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will grow the client base in your local community, help clients plan for the future, and collaborate with a team to deliver a best-in-class experience while wearing a TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Atttorney license and tax preparation experience preferred.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
