You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 tax returns experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
• Build local client base and long-term relationships through community engagement.
