Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor to grow the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and creating accessible tax information for clients while maintaining a professional front-facing presence in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with TurboTax or equivalent software.
• Able to work onsite at TurboTax location and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
