Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

As a community ambassador, you will attract new clients, build long-term relationships, and leverage marketing resources to grow your local TurboTax business while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, plan taxes, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust for long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in community marketing to grow the client base.
