Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while engaging with the local community and growing the client base. This non-exempt, on-site role requires weekend availability and at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (fed/state) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer planning guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, tools, and team knowledge in everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and help build local client relationships and trust.
