Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled Tax, Executive Compensation and Benefits Associate to join its team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Focus on mergers and acquisitions related compensation issues.
• Handle equity compensation for corporations and partnerships.
• Apply knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
• Must reside in the designated jurisdiction at or prior to the time of hire.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.
