Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Data Management Lead to act as the functional SME across tax data, proactive case processes, and RPA. You will help drive efficiency, offer guidance to the team, and ensure accurate tax configurations across platforms.

You will analyze payroll data, lead campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and case execution, while supporting reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years payroll tax experience required.
• Payroll tax outsourcing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME across tax data, proactive case processes, and RPA tooling.
• Launch, manage, and approve monthly and ad hoc proactive tax case campaigns.
• Provide direction, answer questions, and assist with training and process improvements.
