Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Data Management Lead to serve as a functional SME across tax data, proactive case processes, and RPA initiatives. You will guide monthly campaigns, analyze payroll data, and support training and process improvements for the team.

In this role based in Dallas, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and deliver accurate tax configurations. A strong payroll tax background and ERP experience with tools like Workday or PeopleSoft are

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field.
2+ years of payroll tax experience.
Payroll tax outsourcing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax functions.
Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary technical SME for the Tax Data Management team, supporting daily operations and performance monitoring.
Launch, manage, and approve monthly and ad hoc mass proactive tax case campaigns using RPA tools.
Provide direction, training, documentation, and process-improvement support to the team.
Lead strategic analysis and reporting to identify trends and improve data quality and case execution.
Collaborate with internal departments on tax code setup and rate research.
Assist team members with report interpretation and resolution strategies to maintain accuracy.
