Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll tax concepts across jurisdictions.
• Proficient in Excel for data organization, comparison, filtering, and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain customer tax profiles, including jurisdictions, unemployment insurance rates, and filing frequencies.
• Process tax profile updates within approved systems and tools.
• Manage cases and tasks from intake to resolution with proper prioritization and follow-up.
• Provide support for tax profile questions and payroll tax data concerns.
• Review payroll tax data for discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.
