Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and client growth to empower customers with accurate tax solutions.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax guidance, and support TurboTax software, while building long-term relationships and expanding Intuit’s local presence in the community.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Ability to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and future planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and active customer engagement.
