Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires at least 3 years of paid tax preparation, active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, and US residency. You’ll build local client relationships, participate in community outreach, and wear a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships through in-person and local community outreach.
