Job summary

Intuit seeks a dedicated TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide in-person tax prep, advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community.

Qualifications include active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax return experience using professional software. Ability to work weekends and engage in local marketing is valued.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN and state licenses/certificates maintained or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally, supporting marketing and community presence.
