Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships within the community.

The role requires tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN, with 20+ hours weekly and weekend availability. Attractive benefits and a focus on customer-first service are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, weekends and 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Create an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
