Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks qualified TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide, serving in-person customers and delivering full-service tax return preparation and software support.

You will help grow TurboTax’s local client base, provide personalized tax guidance, and collaborate with a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States to work onsite.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in local markets.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
