Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/Attorney licensure and 3+ years of tax experience, with strong customer service in a retail setting and willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
