Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their taxes with clear explanations and friendly service. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns prep (30+ returns) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products.
• Support local marketing and outreach activities.
