Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, leveraging your tax knowledge to help clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

You will act as a community ambassador, developing local client relationships and contributing to sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing federal/state returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax rules is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.
• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support for clients.
• Grow the client base through local outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
