Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person while building relationships within the local community.

The role requires a current tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and a minimum of 3 years’ professional tax preparation experience. Weekend availability and uniform wear are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) is required.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referral networks.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase local presence.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and advocate for tax planning.
