Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop news articles, newsletters, presentations and process guides, collaborating with a range of stakeholders and using diverse digital tools.

The role requires proactive communication, strong editing, and the ability to manage channels and metrics while working independently within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy for the function, collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels for the function including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and the news page.
• Leverage communications expertise to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Coordinate with video production on internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement of internal campaigns.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in additional internal programs as required.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet client commitments and deadlines.
