Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand adherence.
• Manage channels: newsletters, internal articles, and news pages.
• Collaborate with video production on internal/external videos.
• Collect metrics to measure reach and engagement; inform decisions.
• Develop communications plans for client groups; balance priorities.
