The successful candidate will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Engagement teams, ensuring consistency of messaging while tracking performance metrics to inform decisions. Location flexibility includes Anywhere in the US for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and edit content as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences using communications best practices.
• Liaise with video production on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop a communications plan with client groups and teams.
• Participate in other internal programs as required.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
