Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Tax Change Manager to lead the change management plan for key tax initiatives. You will partner with Change Management leaders, operations, product teams, IT, and field resources to transition stakeholders to the future state.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, strong data analytics, and a passion for digital transformation; a Bachelor's Degree is required, CCMP is preferred, and experience in professional services or public accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or Accounting.
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
• Minimum five years leading leaders and teams.
• Experience delivering formal Change Management plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage change throughout the assigned project or initiative.
• Apply change management framework and tools.
• Create and maintain the change management plan.
• Ensure on-time delivery of change materials.
• Facilitate conversations to align stakeholders.
• Assist project teams in responding to feedback.
• Pursue opportunities to grow change management capabilities.
• Support transition of work to operations.
• Serve as a liaison to sponsors, managers, and leadership.
