Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for key initiatives. You will partner with Change Management leaders, operations, product teams and IT to develop and execute holistic change plans that transition stakeholders from current to future state.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, strong data analytics capabilities, and a passion for digital transformation in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or Accounting (preferred).
• Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams and managing initiatives with formal Change Management plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage change throughout the assigned project/initiative under the change management leader.
• Apply change management framework and tools (e.g., Tear Sheet, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis).
• Create and maintain the change management plan and deliverables (Tear Sheet, Stakeholder Analysis, Training Needs Analysis).
• Coordinate and track change management activities ensuring on-time delivery.
• Facilitate conversations to clarify topics and refine deliverables based on outcomes.
• Support project/field teams in analyzing feedback and proposing actions.
• Pursue opportunities to improve change management acumen through training.
• Transition work from project teams to operations/business units.
• Serve as liaison to sponsor, project manager, leadership and stakeholders.
