RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Partner to join our Tax Digital Services practice, a team driving tax transformation with digital innovation, automation, and data-driven insights. You will lead senior client service engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and help modernize tax functions for middle-market clients.

The role emphasizes enterprise mindset, client relationship development, and revenue growth, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Active CPA license or equivalent credential in the state of residence or primary office.
• Minimum of twelve(12) years of Tax experience in public accounting, with ability to sell and deliver tax services to middle-market clients.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with firm personnel and clients.
• Effective project management with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader or capability leader for complex client needs and firm priorities.
• Lead teams in the delivery of tax services, coordinating across capabilities and geographies.
• Manage multiple engagements or client portfolios, monitoring status and profitability.
• Identify technical tax matters early and guide teams through complex issues.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to understand goals and connect with the right experts.
• Support growth through pipeline development and cross-firm collaboration.
• Oversee billing, collections, and engagement economics in line with firm expectations.
• Apply quality, risk, independence, ethics, and professional judgment to all activities.
• Use digital tools and global capabilities to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Coach and develop teams to build technical depth and leadership.
