Paylocity is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Technology & Process Transformation to lead strategy, design, and execution of tax technology and end-to-end processes. You will partner across Tax, Operations, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Technology to modernize tax operations.

The role requires building a multi-year roadmap, driving automation, data-driven decisions, and change management while reducing risk and improving user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business, CS or related field.
• 8+ years leading tax operations, process transformation, or tax technology initiatives.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs, projects, and teams.
• Experience with tax operations, compliance processes, and tax technology ecosystems.
• Experience with workflow automation, process redesign, and operational improvement methodologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive tax technology and process transformation strategy.
• Establish and maintain a multi-year roadmap prioritizing technology investments and automation.
• Evaluate technologies and AI capabilities to improve tax operations and compliance outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to define future-state operating models and architectures.
• Lead end-to-end redesign of tax processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Guide implementation and optimization of tax platforms, automation tools, and AI capabilities.
• Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives with risk and value oversight.
• Define objectives, milestones, and adoption strategies for programs.
• Drive organizational change, communications, training, and accountability.
