Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required.
• Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred.
• Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the IRS (CPA or JD) required.
• At least 4 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including 3 years in Corporate Tax.
• Leadership and organizational skills; ability to supervise junior staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficient Excel usage.

Aufgaben

• Engage in business development activities including proposals and webinars; collaborate with service lines to present tax strategy.
• Maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and track legislative changes.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns.
• Provide ASC 740 tax provision support and review preparation.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Interns, Associates and Senior Associates.
• Receive formal corporate tax training and opportunities for further training.
