BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Manager in Core Tax Services (ASC 740) to advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategic tax decisions. You will serve as the primary client contact, lead tax consulting projects, and guide teams through ASC 740 analyses and reporting.

The role emphasizes depth in tax knowledge, ability to manage complex corporate tax issues, and the leadership of associates and seniors across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation required.
• Masters in Accounting/Taxation preferred.
• Six or more years of prior experience required.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and ASC 740.
• Plan and review tax processes, budgeting, staffing, and billing.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely advice.
• Lead research on ASC 740 issues and coordinate with specialists.
