Andersen Tax in Long Island is seeking a Corporate Tax ASC 740 Manager to lead client service teams, apply ASC 740 knowledge, and oversee tax provision work. Candidates should have a CPA or JD, 4+ years at an accounting firm with 3+ years in corporate tax, and strong leadership and communication skills.

The role includes mentoring interns and pursuing business development opportunities. Competitive base salary of $115,000–$197,100 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required.
• Advanced credential allowing for client representation before the IRS (CPA or JD) required.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 3 years of Corporate Tax experience.
• Leadership and organizational skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities and proposals; present webinars; collaborate across service lines.
• Maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines; stay current on tax changes.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns; prepare ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Provide ASC 740 tax provision support and review preparations.
• Supervise and mentor Interns, Associates and Senior Associates.
