Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Core Tax Services (CTS) Manager – ASC740 to advise clients on tax implications, lead ASC 740 computations, and drive effective tax strategies. You will manage engagements, supervise staff, and communicate insights to clients and Assurance teams.

Qualified candidates have a CPA or equivalent, 5+ years in ASC 740, and strong leadership in a client-facing setting within a large advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation; CPA or equivalent license preferred.
• Minimum five years of ASC 740 experience with tax provisions and compliance.
• Strong supervisory and client management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision work for clients.
• Review tax accruals, budgets, and engagement timelines with senior staff.
• Mentor associates and seniors on tax research and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with clients and assurance teams.
