BDO USA, LLP in the United States is seeking a CTS Senior Manager to advise on ASC 740 tax implications for complex corporate clients and lead tax compliance and consulting engagements.

This role collaborates with Assurance and Tax teams, requiring deep ASC 740 knowledge, strong client relationships, and leadership of associates and seniors to deliver high-quality tax provisions and written guidance.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of prior experience.
• Experience in managing ASC 740 computations for clients.
• CPA, Attorney, or EA certification required.
• Multinational client experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead tax compliance and ASC 740 projects for clients.
• Review tax provisions and communicate issues to clients.
• Coordinate budgeting, staffing and billing with engagement teams.
• Develop and mentor managers, seniors, and staff.
• Provide written tax advice and responses to client inquiries.
