Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, engaging with prospects, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building relationships with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
